Call for Community & Student Exhibitors: FOSSASIA Summit 2026

We invite community-led projects and student initiatives to apply for a free exhibition space at the FOSSASIA Summit 2026, taking place on 9–10 March 2026 in Bangkok.

This call is open to:

• Open Source Projects: Independent software or hardware initiatives.
• Student Clubs: University-based tech communities and research groups.
• Tech-for-Good: Projects addressing social, environmental, or educational challenges.
• Community Builders: Organizations promoting open source, digital literacy, and open collaboration.

Note: This call is for non-commercial entities. Corporate exhibitors should contact office@fossasia.org for sponsorship packages..

Selection Criteria

• Leadership: Projects must be community-driven or student-led (non-commercial).
• Impact: Clear social, educational, or technological contribution to the ecosystem.
• Engagement: Commit to having at least two members staff the booth during exhibition hours to interact with visitors.

Important dates

• Application deadline: 16 January
• Acceptance notification: Rolling basis until 20 January 2026.
